They exchanged their vows in a very traditional Catholic ceremony, the reverend was Reverend Dominic Shubert and the ceremony was very personal for Longoria as it honoured her Mexican Heritage; they exchanged coins, showing that Parker will always be there to support her and a rosary that gets placed around the couple to show their union.

After the wedding all the guests were taken to the castle in Vaux Le Vicomte for the reception. The whole event was planned by Wedding Planner Mindy Weiss. She also gave the castle a full-blown makeover. She decorated the castle with +- 10,000 roses and over 1500 candles.

Longoria is known to be a romantic and chose the first dance to be to the song: Book Of Love by Peter Gabriel. After the first dance, a 70′s band played all the classics at their wedding reception.

To finish the day in style, fireworks were lit up at midnight and the couple cut the wedding cake.
